Volunteer Management Roundtable: Facing and Fighting the Imposter Syndrome

Do you think others will discover that you’re more of a fraud than a bona fide leader of volunteers? Am I even qualified to lead a discussion on Imposter Syndrome? Ha! That’s the problem so many of us face no matter where we are in are careers. Join us in a roundtable discussion to talk about imposter syndrome. We will chat about the “syndrome”, exchange ideas, share experiences and figure out how to fight the voice of doubt. We will also allow time for discussion, problem-solving and networking on other topics we face in our day-to-day lives as a leader of volunteers.
